Liz Becker is an IFT Certified Food Scientist and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Liz brings 10 years of experience in both R&D and QA and has worked on developing and commercializing a wide array of products for both retail and food service including chips, gluten free tortillas, cakes, beverage flavors, ice cream flavors, and confectionery products. She is based out of The Rothwell GrainEssentials® Center at the company’s corporate headquarters in Quincy, Massachusetts.
