Joshua Liao has a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He had worked in R&D applying novel gluten-free ingredients and developed solutions to processing challenges in baking. His background includes working in CPG, Food Safety, and Technical Support roles. Joshua is based out of the Rothwell GrainEssentials® Center at the company’s corporate headquarters in Quincy, Massachusetts. He is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT).
