A graduate of North Dakota State University with a Master’s Degree in Cereal Science, Ms. Jeradechachai possesses a solid background in crop quality and has a direct role in the commercial success of Bay State Milling’s enterprise, 5th Generation Seed, LLC.  Her expertise is focused on the development of novel varieties of grains with beneficial customer output traits for differentiated grain-based foods, both traditional and gluten free.  Prior to joining Bay State, Ms. Jeradechachai worked for the Northern Crops Institute where she was responsible for technical solutions for all crops grown in the Upper Plains.  As well, she served as a research assistant with the USDA in Fargo, ND where she conducted research on plant proteomics and insect lipid biochemistry.  She is an accomplished author and presenter of technical seminars on topics related to cereal grains and pulses.
