Norm Ross brings to the Bay State technical services team over 20 years of experience in the baking industry. Beginning his career as the owner/operator of a wholesale and retail bakery and specialty cake shop, Mr. Ross went on to serve as Production Manager at a retail bakery and Assistant Plant Manager at the central bakery for a premier supermarket chain. Mr. Ross continued his education through courses at the American Institute of Baking, Kansas State University and Northern Crops Institute. Based at the Mooresville, North Carolina, mill facility, he is a member of the American Association of Cereal Chemists, American Society of Baking and the Bread Bakers Guild of America.
