As Director of Technical Service, Harold Ward directs a team of technical service professionals responsible for the implementation and support of Bay State Milling ingredients at our customer’s facilities. He is an experienced and well-respected technical service professional. Prior to joining Bay State, Mr. Ward served 17 years as Technical Service Manager for a national milling company where he provided the technical interface between the organization and its customers. He is well versed in trouble shooting, flour and baking training, product development and new crop transition management. Mr. Ward holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Bakery Science & Management from Kansas State University and is a graduate of the Baking Science & Technology Program at the American Institute of Baking.
