Flour Storage

Flour is conveyed by air in aluminum tubes to the flour storage/packaging building and directed into steel tanks for storage. In maintaining our strict organic standards, we do not treat any of our flour with chemical oxidants; it is aged naturally in our bins or in paper bags for a minimum of 10 days.

All flour is re-sifted by a "rebolt" sifter and ran through a "metal detector" before packaging or loading to assure that it is absolutely free of foreign material.
