IBIE 2019
Sept. 8-11, 2019
Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas NV
Booth #7723

It’s time for IBIE 2019. Every three years the baking industry comes together for IBIE (International Baking Industry Exposition). The expo portion of the event will take place September 8 through 11. The four-day event will be held in the Las Vegas Convention Center. IBIE 2019 is touted as the biggest and most comprehensive show for the grain-based food industry. Organizers expect more than 23,000 professionals to attend IBIE 2019; as a follow-up to the event three years ago, which was its largest ever.

Bay State Milling will be well represented at this year’s IBIE. You can meet our staff at Booth 7723 where we will be discussing our wide range of products. We will be sampling finished goods and hosting in-booth speakers, so come see us often. We’ll add more details as the event approaches.

Outside our booth, two Bay State Milling team members will be presenting.

From Flour to Finished Product: Formulating with High Resistant Starch Wheat Flour
Presented by Harold Ward

With the introduction of high resistant starch wheat flour into the market, there have been numerous questions posed by end users around formulation and processing techniques. In this session, we will explore those questions and discuss means for formulating and producing end products utilizing high resistant starch wheat flour that meet the needs of the baker or food processer and the consumer. There will be two sessions of this presentation. Harold will be in the Bay State Milling booth, 7723, after the presentation to answer additional questions.
