BeneGrain sprouted wheat flour is conventional whole wheat that has been carefully germinated to release natural enzymes in the seed, which unlock nutrients and break starches into sugars for improved flavor and digestibility. These changes in the seed translate into performance and flavor from the sprouted whole wheat flour.
