Step 1

  • 336.0 33.60% BakingEssentials® Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 46.6 4.66% Sugar, Granulated
  • 2.5 0.25% Salt
  • 21.0 2.10% Buttermilk Powder
  • 9.7 0.97% Baking Powder
  • 4.2 0.42% Sodium Bicarbonate

Step 2

  • 465.0 46.50% Milk, 2%
  • 85.0 8.50% Liquid Whole Eggs
  • 30.0 3.00% Soy Oil
1000 100% TOTAL
  1. Place Step 1 ingredients in a Hobart bowl fitted with a paddle. Mix for 2 minutes on low speed.
  2. Blend Step 2 ingredients together in a mixing bowl with a whisk. Mix for 1 minute or until well blended.
  3. Add Step 2 ingredients to mixing bowl with Step 1 ingredients. Mix on low speed for 30 seconds or just until incorporated.
  4. Scoop pancake batter onto a preheated and greased 350ºF griddle.
  5. Bake 1 minute and 30 seconds, flip pancake and bake another 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  6. Serve warm with butter and syrup. Enjoy!
