Procedure
  1. Add flours to 5Qt mixing bowl. Mix 1 minute on low to preblend dry ingredients.
  2. Add water at 100 degrees F. Mix on low speed for 5 minutes.
  3. Sheet dough to desired thickness and use pasta machine to form pasta to noodle shape.
  4. Boil immediately for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Dry or freeze.
