1. Overview: About Us

Since 1899, Bay State Milling has provided exceptional quality flour and grain products, drawing upon our expertise in advanced milling processes and technologies.  We welcome general visitors to our Site who may be seeking information about our products and services.  We also welcome our customers (which typically include retail bakeries, wholesale bakeries, food service operators, distributors and food manufacturers) who have registered with the Site (i.e., “Registered Users” as described in Section 2 below).   Such Registered Users are able to access additional information including details about their specific purchase orders, among other things, as more fully discussed herein and in a separate Extranet Terms of Use Agreement available at 

2. What We Collect

When you visit or use the Site, we collect information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone or other access device.  The information sent to us may include data on the pages you access, your computer IP address, device identifiers, the type of operating system you are using, your location, mobile network information and other information. If you reach out to us via the “Contact us” prompt, or sign-up for a newsletter (including an e-newsletter), submit a resume, or complete a visitor survey via the site, we may collect the following types of information from you:

We may share certain personal information (such as your name, phone number and street address) with third party vendors to the extent needed to fulfill a product or service order.

We will never sell, license or share your personal information to/with any third party for its marketing purposes unless we obtain your consent to do so.  If you consent to this, but then decide you no longer want us to sell, license or share such information with such party for marketing purposes, you may opt-out of such uses by notifying us in accordance with the procedure set forth below under the heading, “Controlling Your Personal Information.”  We may sell, license and share information which is not personal information to/with any third party for non-marketing purposes.

We may share your information (including your personal information) with BSM Affiliates or with third parties (including contractors who provide services to us) to assist with any of the uses of personal information and other information described herein. For example, we may share and/or provide your personal information and other information with/to third parties that oversee, manage, handle and/or assist with (i) the operation, administration, or maintenance of our Site; and/or (ii) the billing or processing of online order payments.
